Nicole is a graduate student at Yorkville University and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who embraces an integrative and eclectic approach to therapy, recognizing that there is no “one-size-fits-all” path to healing. Drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, person-centered, trauma-informed, and narrative therapy approaches, Nicole ensures she tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each client.
Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals in recovery from trauma, abuse, and codependent relationships, as well as addiction, challenging family dynamics, and couples. Nicole has extensive experience in crisis intervention and supportive care, having served as a manager on a crisis line for sexual assault and domestic violence, as a support staff member at an inpatient treatment center, and as a sober living manager. These experiences have allowed her to grow in her ability to combine compassion with trauma-informed action, helping clients feel both safe and empowered in the therapeutic space.
Nicole is currently completing her practicum at Wisewell Psychotherapy under the supervision of Sarah Patterson RSW, MSW, and is grateful for the opportunity to work with Sarah and walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
